At Gobblewise, we perform strict quality control before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Conditions for Returns & Replacements We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Items are missing from your package.
Because of strict hygiene and supplier regulations regarding pet toys, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or products that have been used.
The 48-Hour Reporting Window & Unboxing Video To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened and clearly displaying the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Claims made without an unboxing video or after 48 hours will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Request
- Email us at contact@gobblewise.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the mandatory unboxing video.
- If approved, we will either dispatch a replacement item to you immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs If a physical return is required for a defective or incorrect item, Gobblewise will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Once your issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
